Very fresh and great seafood. I bought a small cevichi and it cane with a few tostadas and lemons. Which I loved. It saved me from buying a whole bag to go to waste. I must try spot.

First time going, not the last time. I loved their ready made ceviches. The comfort that I can order ahead for larger portions and other prep foods is great. Can’t beat the price neither.

I can't speak to the products bought directly in the store, but I do not recommend having anything shipped. I ordered several packages of snow crab, which arrived semi thawed, with some ice crystals visible inside the packaging. I know it's not good to unfreeze and then refreeze things, but I didn't have a choice, as I didn't need to use it for several days. When I did defrost fully to use a few days later, the bag was full of water and the meat was limp and inedible. I called to let them know that the product was not even close to what I would expect quality-wise but was told that as long as the liquid was not yellow and it didn't smell (it did not smell great but I was honest about it not smelling completely rancid), then they were not willing to do anything. The lady I spoke to said it was fine to refreeze thawed seafood (not true unless you're positive it was thawed only to refrigerated temperatures, which I couldn't be sure of) and that it was normal for snow crab meat to be limp and stringy. To address the owner's response--I never claimed the product arrived fully thawed, I said partially thawed. I did not "choose to refreeze," ( which you acknowledge leads to quality issu

Outstanding service! Really impressed by all the options I had of seafood. I tried their ceviche & aguachiles and I will be ordering alot more. They even cleaned and cut my fishes. If you’re looking for fresh and good quality seafood try Tres Islas! plus they shuck your oysters!
